1. Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. All InfiniCode Labs apps are designed with privacy-first principles, minimizing data collection and keeping your information on your device whenever possible.
2. Information We Collect
InfiniTime
InfiniTime does not collect any personally identifiable information. All data remains on your device.
Budget Shopper
Shopping data: Budget Shopper stores your lists, prices, and budgets on your device using SwiftData. If iCloud sync is available and enabled, Apple CloudKit can also store and sync that data through your iCloud account.
Usage analytics: Budget Shopper uses Firebase Analytics during normal app use. It records app actions, budget choices, shopping totals, tax rates, and Premium purchase results. Firebase also receives app and device identifiers and diagnostic details tied to those events.
Older accounts: No account is required for everyday shopping. If you choose to import lists from an older version, Firebase Authentication and Firebase Realtime Database process your legacy account details, including your email address and user ID, and your old shopping data for that import.
Advertising: Budget Shopper has no ads or advertising-network integration.
CameraKit
CameraKit is a developer framework for camera integration. As a framework, CameraKit itself does not collect or transmit any end-user data. Any data handling in applications built with CameraKit is determined by the developers of those applications.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use shopping data to provide your lists and budgets, and to sync them through iCloud when available. We use Firebase Analytics events to understand app usage and improve the shopping experience. Legacy account information is used to sign in and import older lists when you request that feature. We do not sell your shopping data or use it to serve ads.
4. Data Storage and Security
Local Device Storage: All data is stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework and is protected by iOS Data Protection and your device's built-in security features.
Cloud services: iCloud can hold synced shopping data. Firebase receives analytics events and, during a requested legacy import, processes old account and list data.
Device & OS Backups: Your device or operating system may back up app data (for example, through iCloud or encrypted device backups) if you have those features enabled. These backups are managed by your device and OS provider and are not controlled or accessed by InfiniCode Labs.
Data Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes its local data. Synced iCloud data and legacy Firebase account data may remain. Contact us for help with data or account deletion.
5. Third-Party Services
Budget Shopper uses Apple CloudKit for iCloud sync and Google Firebase for analytics and optional migration from older accounts. Purchases are handled by Apple's StoreKit. These services process data according to their own privacy policies.
6. Children's Privacy
Budget Shopper does not require an account for everyday use. Its analytics practices are described above. If you have a question about a child's data, please contact us.
7. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
